General Assembly
The General Assembly is the governing body including representatives of all twenty-nine (29) partners.
Executive Committee
The Executive committee is a small operational group consisting of the Project Coordinator, the Project Leader the co-Project leader and the PMO. Its primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of the Action by aligning efforts towards project objectives.
Steering Committee
The steering Committee is an operational committee composed of the Project Leader, Project Coordinator, Work Package leaders, the Executive Committee and the PMO. This committee is responsible for the overall execution of the project, alignment across all Work Packages and decision making.
Work Packages
Each Work Package is co-led by a public and private partner, and completes the agreed upon deliverables, while promoting collaboration.
Project Management office
The Project Management Office (PMO) is coordinating all project management aspects, supporting the project overall.
Advisory Boards
- Scientific Advisory Board (SAB)
The SAB serves as an external advisory body consisting of experts in the field, offering expertise in scientific, technical, and regulatory matters. - Ethics Advisory Board (EAB)
The EAB is composed of external experts in areas related to law, ethics and research integrity and assesses any aspect throughout the project related to ethical considerations. - Stakeholder Regulatory Forum
The Stakeholder Regulatory Forum, consisting of external regulatory professionals, offers expertise in scientific and technical evaluation of regulatory matters. - Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Expert Forum
The HTA Forum serves as an external advisory board providing expertise in scientific, technical, and technology evaluation HTA matters.
Patient Advisory Group (PAG)
The PAG provides patient feedback throughout the project and will collaborate with WPs on patient involvement.
